Homeschool forms

The planning pages here are all for Microsoft office (PDF coming soon).

The attendance record automatically calculates days when you enter in your information, it allows you to enter Homeschool days, Arts/PE/Co-op days, and Special Educational days (field trips, trips, etc).

Curriculum Planning Pages

The Curriculum Planner Pages go together.  They are very simple, A list of what you are going to use and coordinate with the support documents.  All are color coded and go together.  These forms coordinate with the daily planning pages.  The daily planning pages are available M-F (letter size) or M-Sun (legal size).

The sample curriculum can be used as an idea of what to study and some books we recommend.

Science Forms

These lab forms are great for students who do lab work and lab reports.  They allow the students to enter all lab information into them by hand, or can be used in MS word.

There is a lab sheet for just text, one for text and drawings, and one for Field Magnifying Lens work.  There is also a explanation of how a lab report should be completed.

For multi-day experiments use one observation/conclusion page per day.

We often use a picture instead of drawing on the lab sheet.  We either use a digital camera and print it here or use a Polaroid sticker camera (1x1 photo).

These are not your typical spelling and vocabulary lists.  One is a list of
commonly misspelled words, one is a prefix list of prefixes and their meaning, and one is a SAT vocabulary list (from www.freevocabulary.com )

Handwriting Sheets

Now you can print out paper with dotted lines for writing script (narrow ruled).
